David Carlucci was invited to speak by the Haitian American Caucus at the National Haitian-American Convention to address his innovative work in government, this Saturday in Tarrytown. Carlucci addressed the concerns of the state of New York’s government. Carlucci spoke about his vision for New York, regarding job creation and government efficiency. The Haitian American Caucus is a movement to improve the lives of Haitian-American's, by promoting political, educational and moral values.
