Clarkstown Town Clerk David Carlucci teamed up with the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services’ Operation Safe Child Program and processed over 100 cards for children under the age of 18 at the Nanuet Library. SAFE CHILD Cards serve as an important tool when used in conjunction with the New York State AMBER Alert and Missing Child Alert programs. Due the success of this event and interest expressed by concerned parents, Carlucci plans to invite representatives from Operation Safe Child again.
